Apple Cinnamon Hug-in-a-Bowl (Porridge)

  • 50 g oats
  • 1 apple chopped into 1cm cubes
  • 200-250ml milk/water to your liking
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon


  1. Place all the ingredients in a saucepan over a low/medium heat and stir constantly until thickened.

  2. Serve piping hot with a drizzle of honey, or add some chopped nuts on top.
