Apple Cinnamon Hug-in-a-Bowl (Porridge)
- 50 g oats
- 1 apple chopped into 1cm cubes
- 200-250ml milk/water to your liking
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Place all the ingredients in a saucepan over a low/medium heat and stir constantly until thickened.
Serve piping hot with a drizzle of honey, or add some chopped nuts on top.
