Carole’s Story

I joined the Transform 21 group, after completing Rachael’s Declutter Your Diet course which left me well equipped to start looking at my health and fitness journey ( formerly known as ‘dieting and weight loss’) in a whole different way.  Rachael’s guidance and support stopped me in my tracks and changed my whole thought process regarding dieting, nutrition and exercise. I’ve gone from depriving myself to try to lose weight, to loving and looking after myself, eating great food and getting off my backside, and enjoying it.

Rachael’s T21 programme isn’t rocket science, it isn’t a quick fix, and it’s not a miracle pill or a two week meal plan involving weird shakes or teas.  It is all about: self-love, education with the right information, realisation, nutrition, getting moving, motivation, planning and being accountable. 

 

Rachael’s enthusiasm and willingness to share her knowledge and experience is what makes T21 such a successful programme.  I started T21 looking to lose half a stone and half-heartedly looking to start some form of exercise.  I finished T21 walking over 4 miles every day, eating delicious whole foods in proper portions that don’t leave you starving ten minutes later and confident that I will never go on another diet, EVER AGAIN!   I also lost 6 pounds and a total of 5 inches. 

 

T21 is a holistic programme that sets you on a journey to love your body.  It tackles self-doubt, emotional eating and food guilt as well as providing accurate nutritional information and the motivation to get you moving.  It reassures you that just because you’ve had a night out, drank and ate too much or missed an exercise class or run/walk etc., it doesn’t mean you’ve failed at anything.

Sorry if it's a bit of a novel - but I've loved every minute of this T21 programme and I wanted to spout about it.
