Raspberry Jam Overnight Oats


Make these the night before and store them in the fridge ready for the morning!

  • 30 g oats
  • 120 g greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp raspberry jam
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 6 walnut halves crumbled


  1. Layer the oats with the yoghurt and top with the raspberry jam in a small jar or bowl. Add the sprinkle of chia seeds on top. Store overnight in the fridge

  2. Crumble over the walnut halves in the morning, dig in and enjoy!
