Refreshing Green Smoothie
A refreshing, low-sugar smoothie that'll leave you feeling energised.
- 250 ml coconut water
- 1 cube frozen spinach
- 1 kiwi fruit (peeled)
- 1 thumb sized piece fresh ginger (peeled)
- juice of ½ lime
- ½ green apple
Add all ingredients to a blender, Nutribullet or other smoothie making contraption and blend until smooth.
