Refreshing Green Smoothie

A refreshing, low-sugar smoothie that'll leave you feeling energised.

Ingredients

  • 250 ml coconut water
  • 1 cube frozen spinach
  • 1 kiwi fruit (peeled)
  • 1 thumb sized piece fresh ginger (peeled)
  • juice of ½ lime
  • ½ green apple

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender, Nutribullet or other smoothie making contraption and blend until smooth.
