Refreshing Green Smoothie
A refreshing green smoothie that is high in nutrients but low in sugar. Perfect at any time of the day!
- 1/2 apple
- 1 tbsp spirulina powder
- 2 cm piece of raw ginger root peeled
- 1/2 lime skin removed
- 25 g spinach large handful
- 300 ml cold water
Place all ingredients into a Nutribullet cup and blitz. Add ice cubes if required. Alternatively, you could use any powerful blender.
