Refreshing Green Smoothie

A refreshing green smoothie that is high in nutrients but low in sugar. Perfect at any time of the day!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 apple
  • 1 tbsp spirulina powder
  • 2 cm piece of raw ginger root peeled
  • 1/2 lime skin removed
  • 25 g spinach large handful
  • 300 ml cold water

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a Nutribullet cup and blitz. Add ice cubes if required. Alternatively, you could use any powerful blender.
