It’s certainly no secret that I’m passionate about cooking. I love providing my clients with simple but delicious recipes to support their weight loss journeys so I thought what better way to do this than to share them in a series of small but wonderful books.
So that’s how Cut the Crap – No Bullsh*t Cookery began. Since then, I have written and published 4 more editions and hope to continue launching a new book each year.
