It has taken me many years and a lot of research to develop Transform21 – the first course that you should take if you just ‘don’t know where to start.’
Transform21 is what I like to call an “anti-diet” in that it has been developed to show you how to lose weight without the deprivation and guilt associated with slimming clubs, drastic fad diets and extreme exercise routines.

I have a big night out coming up, will I still be able to socialise while doing Transform21?

Yes, absolutely! This program is designed to help you STOP DIETING and start living your life. As part of the program you will how how to make the best choices during social occasions with food and drink so you can still enjoy yourself whilst looking after your body.

I'm a Vegetarian/Vegan, will this program work for me?

Yes, the program is fully flexible and can be adapted to suit everybody’s unique dietary requirements.

How much weight will I lose?

The average weight loss of the women who have completed the program is 8-10lbs (or 1 dress size).

How many inches will I lose? Can I really drop a dress size?

The average inch loss is 10 inches. You can expect to lose at least 1 dress size.

I am SO unfit! Do I need to be fit to start this?

No, this program assumes you are a complete beginner, or returning to exercise and needing a kick start again. No current levels of fitness are required.
